This was a series of images for a Real Estate Company. This project didn't end up going forward, but it was a really fun challenge. These were intended to be transparent web images for their website.

This piece was a banner made for the Minneapolis based antique store "Hunt and Gather". I tried to capture the kitschy and unique quality of the store with the icons and bright colors.

Recently exhibited by the Society of Illustrator's Los Angeles. Editorial piece for an educational textbook for English as a Second Language. The piece was meant to show many different types of people in a typically American environment, in this case, a grocery store.

A piece about tradition, specifically Southern food and the many rituals behind that. This one is about the good luck you receive when you eat black eyed peas on New Years day. I wanted to do a hungover new years day with friends.

This was done for my husband and I! We eloped during Covid, and had to reschedule our reception to 2021. Utilized a clean drawing style in Adobe Illustrator.

This was a part of a group zine titled, "Clutch Your Pearls" about modern day pinups. I wanted to illustrate a couple with alternative loungewear, but not highly sexualized, just doing what couples do!

An editorial piece done in response to a robot butler design, named "Botlr". I wanted to illustrate a retro-futuristic hotel where these Botlr robots would work.

This Map illustrates a father and daughter roadtripping across the country, visiting the best 24 hour diners in the country.

This piece was based off Ray Bradbury's "The Veldt". I wanted to portray the main theme of the piece, the fear of technology overtaking us. Because of the time period the piece was written in, I wanted to give it a mid 50's-early 60's vibe.

This piece was a portrait, but was not allowed to have representational imagery of the person. I chose the Director Wes Anderson, and decided to focus on the details of his movies and his love for 60's pop culture to illustrate him, without actually "illustrating" him.

This piece was based off the word 'afterlife'. I wanted to show the fear, but also the welcoming feeling that I hope to encounter when I enter into the afterlife.

This piece was based off an articale concerning the bullying of Gay Youth in Anoka Minnesota. The article illustrated that tolerance was frowned on, and any teacher offering help to a bullied student would be disciplined. I wanted to show this toxic environment in a way where the viewer feels like they have no control or entrance into this world. This piece was done in cut paper and ink.
